Mohamed JMAIEL obtained his diploma of engineer in Computer Science from Kiel (Germany) University in 1992 and his Ph.D. from the Technical University of Berlin in 1996. He is, since 2009, full Professor in Computer Science at the National School of Engineers of Sfax (Tunisia). He participated to the initiation of many graduate courses at the University of Sfax. His current research areas include software engineering of distributed systems, formal methods in model-driven architecture, self-adaptive and pervasive systems, autonomic middleware. He conducted many research projects and published more than 260 regular and invited papers in international conferences and journals, and has co-edited six conferences proceedings and five journals special issues on these subjects. He organized and co-chaired the program committees of many international conferences, like MCSEAI’2004, CRiSIS’2009, NOTERE’2010, OPODIS’2010, WETICE’2013, VECOS’2016, ESBM’2017, and ICTAC’2019. He was director of the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS), from 2011 to 2014. Currently, he is the general director of the digital research center at the Technopark of Sfax. Mr Kenneth Izomoh is a digital strategist,  and an ExO advisor, with a focus on digital transformation, leadership, exponential strategy and innovation.  He has extensive experience in AI, Augmented reality, IoT, Satellite & GNSS innovation solutions, business, and market positioning. He is an astute entrepreneur and has more than 22 years of experience in ICT innovation & industry. He has consulted more than 20 EU H2020 ICT development projects for Europe and Africa; and managed business developments related activities in cloud platforms for many economic sectors namely e-health, e-tourism, e-agriculture, oil-&-gas, e-energy, Environment, Circular Economy, smart mobility & insurance, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, factories of the future, and smart manufacturing under industry 4.0 enterprise initiatives.

Over the years, Mr Izomoh served in high profile ICT consulting companies helping clients to achieve exponential growth, offering advisory support to innovation hubs, senior executives, and supporting conceptualization of innovation products’ & designs, value chain optimization schemes, and innovation studies for a number of private and public clients. He also acted in the past as an event manager related to the dissemination & continental networking of stakeholders’ in view of turnkey ICT programmes and entrepreneurship related to EU and Africa joint collaborations.

Passionate about technology, Afef Belhaj studied telecommunication engineering. Mobile operators became her field of expertise throughout her carrier. Graduated from Sup'Com, a reputed Tunisian engineering school, she has chosen to strengthen her knowledge through an MBA in a prestigious school in Britain.

With 15 years of experience in telecoms, Afef has been managing since 2016 an Orange Group entity based in Tunis, Orange Labs Tunisia, within Sofrecom Tunisia. Her team of around 150 young Tunisian engineers designs and deploys innovative platforms to serve the Group's subsidiaries around the world, in Europe and in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Afef also contributes to strengthening the link between the business world and the Tunisian university by encouraging university initiatives and innovation projects.

Hiwotie is a history and heritage management graduate who previously taught high school history for four years. She began working as a tour consultant and tour guide for various notable tour operation companies based in Addis for over 6 years after studying tour guiding and consultancy. She is also pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at ACT American College of Technology. Aside from her professional career, she works closely with various international service organizations such as Rotary International (which she specifically uses as a stepping stone for her dream of helping the community around the destinations, particularly on empowering women to be engaged in different self-support activities such as souvenir shop) and this helps her to develop her own leadership and management skills.
She was President of the Rotary Club of Addis Ababa Bole and Executive Secretary of Rotary Ethiopia, and she was involved in numerous humanitarian projects. Those years provided her with extensive experience, knowledge, and skill in Ethiopian tourism, inspiring her to launch her own company and lay the groundwork for Typical Ethiopia MICE Tourism by combining all of her experience with her own creative and unique typical tour services to all Ethiopian destinations.
Her being an Ambassador of ATB representing Ethiopia and working as MICE Tourism consultant in African Tourism Board and being selected by International Hospitality Institute as 100 most powerful people in African hospitality and tourism industry, gives her an opportunity to be a part of events and conferences organized in difference African countries and across the continent that scale up the cultural tourism development of the continent.
Her position as an Ambassador of the African Tourism Board, as well as her work as a MICE Tourism consultant for the African Tourism Board, and her selection by the International Hospitality Institute as one of the 100 most powerful people in the African hospitality and tourism industry, provide her with the opportunity to participate in events and conferences organized in various African countries and across the continent to advance the continent's cultural tourism development.

Mr. Moussa MBAYE is a senior expert on Geomatics, GIS and GNSS innovation and impact management. His key competences include designing; developing and implementing geodatabase for several clients such are international organisations, public administrations and companies. For GNSS activities he was trained by the first SAFIR Working Session in Dakar on EGNOS SBAS in 2013 and receiving update via the JPO Head on future satellites development. He was also involved in the EU funded project AIA (GNSS - Awareness in Africa) project during 2013 and 2014, and he supervised two African students’ papers on the project. He led key activities towards all the workshop preparations, and presented speeches on GNSS and GPS realities and perspectives in Senegal and defended the deliverable D13 on the project development preliminary schemes.  Moussa also presented during the workshops a web-application on iodate salt and enabling the products distribution’s products and actors tracking (SIGCDSI 2017-2018). It elaborated on the design, functional aspects and most importantly facilitating dematerialization process of national social Security institutions (PHMSI 2019). He has demonstrated great experience in applied remote sensing in several African projects funded by the UN, as a GIS expert on data collection, analysis, mapping, reporting and was involved also in training sessions of the African stakeholders.

Moussa is based in Senegal and a representative of ADL-INNET in Western Africa; he speaks both English and French perfectly. He leads all ADL-INNET activities on dissemination, webinars, and networking in West Africa as the coordination focal point, assisting, promoting and monitoring cluster registration progress through the portal and engages with the local stakeholders on digital leadership and innovation initiatives. Moussa has a Master’s degree in Geography and Environment Management from the Lille 1 Science and Technology University (year 2003), Lille, France.

With an impressive background spanning over 12 years in various sectors, including manufacturing, multinational non-profit, Information Technology, management consulting, intra-African trade advisory and SMEs space, Evans brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for driving economic growth, sustainable development, African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) participation & inclusion across communities and demographics in over 46 African Countries/African Union member States.

Currently the Additional Director General for Africa, Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade (GCPIT), his AfCFTA market intelligence, skills and proficiencies has helped to demystified and advance Africa's  International Trade Opportunities and Investment potentials  across a range of verticals (Products, Sector, Market and Policy value chain) in more than 22 African Countries for Global Trade and Investment Opportunities and Traction under GCPIT Global Business Development in Africa, Singapore, US and the UK.
Besides GCPIT, Evans served as AfCFTA Engagement Lead at The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), where he played a pivotal role in engaging with AfCFTA implementation authorities, trade support institutions, and the private sector to promote and attract exhibitors for the annual Lagos International Trade Fair. His contributions have helped foster trade and create opportunities for businesses across 46 African Countries.
In his role as the Executive Director, PABL Solutions (Pan African Business Labs), Evans is dedicated to building the largest consortium of multidisciplinary and multisectoral AfCFTA and intra-African trade support professionals and service providers who are passionate about democratizing the opportunity, gains and impact in their various Countries and Regions.
With a background in Financial Management, a frontline AfCFTA Media Fellow & Alumni, SME Trade Academy, International Trade Centre (ITC) & the African Civic Engagement Academy (ACAE), The University of Georgia/U.S. Department of State, Evans AfCFTA Implementation Leadership through policy advocacy (digital community building & engagement); capacity building & development, market intelligence and support  efforts have  directly impacted over 20,000 professionals, women, youths, and SMEs within the last 3 years, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage the opportunities presented by the AfCFTA; giving them the ability to convert  the opportunity to concrete transactions and at the same time, helping their Businesses, Products, Services, Investments and Brands to adapt at scale to the Free Trade Area (FTA).
